Welcome to the Capacity Conversations Podcast. This is what I like to call a “sister-friend” community, which is the safe space to talk openly and honestly about the challenges we face while managing the competing priorities between our personal and professional lives. Welcome to the Flow and Flourish Podcast. This is the first episode of the second season AND the one-year anniversary of the Flow and Flourish Podcast. I am joined by three women who are near and dear to my heart, who I’ve worked with personally, and who I consider gurus in their own areas.
In today’s episode, Wellness Coach, Danielle Washington talks to us about wellness for busy moms; Boss Mom Coach and Career Development Coach, Latika Vines, discusses work-life balance for busy moms Brand Architect, Christa Shavers, helps us identify strategies for our personal and professional life. We also give you tips on:
- Identifying Self-love vs. Self-care vs. Self-work
- Maintaining your identity outside of motherhood
- Implementing strategies that support your whole life

This was a great episode. I already shared it with some friends. I couldn't keep track of the voices but the SYSTEM acronym was 💥 and the point about everything we are good at not being for us to do in business resonated with me as well. Oh, and the distinction between self love, self care, self worth was helpful too.
